I purchased an eagle screen late last year and had it on the S4RS for about 3 or so months. A few weeks ago I noticed a number of very fine cracks appearing.

Sent an email to the guys over in WA and immediately got a response back. Sent some photos and they couldn't really tell if the problem was from damage or anything else. They only way they could tell was to send it back. Couple of days latter they sent me an email saying very sorry, can't explain why its cracking - never had a problem like this before and we'll be happy to make you a new one!

New one turned up on Monday.  [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

I must admit I'm very happy that the process went so smoothly. Then again the screen costs over $110 so you expect a great product and support.

I know a lot of you have them so its nice to know that they back up their good name with after sales service and warranty!

Thanks eagle screens

That's good to know, especially that I have on the bike also.
I'll have to take a look when mine comes back this week.

Never heard of them until now - obviously great customer service - any pics of them on your bikes?  :)

Hi Dannog.

What have you been cleaning it with.
Some glass cleaners contain amonia, which will craze(Very fine cracks) various plastics.
I've had some experience with this on machine tool view windows with certain metal working coolants.
Cheers.

I will say they have great customer service, it's just a pity that both tinted screens they supplied me turned purple in about 5 to 6 months, I had one
on the bike within a week or 2 of getting the bike, it started turning purple within about 3 months, they replaced it with another and it also
turned purple within 6 months, I ended up getting a Zero Gravity tinted screen and had that on there for 12 months, not the slightest bit of colour change

I can only assume I had some bad luck as The Eagle screen guys were truly great to deal with, and the bunch of Tossers who distribute Zero Gravity
were dead set make the beast with two backsing useless!

I will always try to support the local guy, but in this case the imported stuff was a better quality screen.  :-\

Clean it with "Plexus" plastic cleaner. Also good for doing your tank, guards etc.

I guess you must have just got unlucky twice over.
Mine has been on for more than 12 months, no problem.
