Been taking some rides around this winter cold air in the face not really working out. Would like to find a wind skirt/ air curtain thing for my Suomy helmets. Looked around but haven't found a product that is a sure thing. Bought a AlpineStar balaclava does the job but is a bit discomforting feels like I am wearing a 1600's ruff collar. It also tends to shift around sometimes when putting on the helmet and the chin/mouth cover is less than satisfactory. Any suggestions?

I picked up a very thin balaclava from REI that's great under my helmet. Was around $10 and stays put. It's not wind proof like the A* one is (is it?) but covering up does help a good bit. For extra cold, over got a fleece neck tube that I've used with the balaclava - kept my neck toasty warm.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Yeah think I'll just have to get creative and make something. Banda kind of works a bit thin don't really care for anything that I have seen available. Any known helmets with air curtains/deflectors I think some of the AGV's have them and a few others.

11th photo down is exactly what I am looking for.

That kind of curtain is made for Shoei helmets, but fits most others if you can insert the small plastic tabs along the edge of your helmet. It's cheap too, but remember that cutting off airflow might give you issues with fogging.

Look around, there are different models on this website.

My old Icon helmet came with one and I use it in the Shoei that I wear now.

I think the company name is Noj or something like that, they make several versions.  I'm thinking of getting one myself to cut down the wind noise.  trying searching 'noj quiet rider' or something like that.
