You know I'm going riding if the weather's semi-decent.

Sunday is supposed to be best.  Any thoughts on where and when?

I figure to be at CaD around 10:00 or so Sunday morning.

Colorado Springs, CO.  April 13, 2010.  The Black Sheep club.  CLUTCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  with a couple of opening bands.

This makes me want to drive to Colorado Springs.  I love Clutch.  How long does it take to drive from Colorado Springs to Albuquerque (assuming decent weather)?

12.......

So....are you giving any serious thought to coming to the Springs for Clutch?  Dusty can go to the concert with you and I will go back and make sure your post count is accurate.  Hopefully you will be a Hero before the weekend is out.  I could use 2 bits about now.  [popcorn]

Bonfy, are you familiar with Clutch? Then again you may like them.

Cloner

Scottish,

There are two types of people in this world....those who like Clutch, and those who suck.  Which do you believe Bonfy to be?

Hmmmm,,,,you're not giving me anywhere to go on that one, Cloner.  I wasn't familiar with them until your post so I just googled them.  Listened to "50,000 Unstoppable Watts".  Certainly not bad.  I like my rock music pretty hard-driving though.  If I'm going to endure the hordes at a venue, it is going to be for Rammstein, NIN, Rob Zombie, Metallica, that genre.  That's where my head has been for awhile.   [bang]  I will make a point to listen to more so I can develop an informed opinion on Clutch.

Hehehee, we'll find out.

CLUTCH "SPACEGRASS"

I got it in my ipod.

Okay, I definitely liked that.  I am surprised those guys slipped by me.  Ever since the election, I rarely am tuned into anything but talk radio while driving.  I wondered what else I am missing....

If you're listening to talk radio, you're probably missing thoughtful discussions and displays of critical thinking. It is entertaining, though.

Off to see if we have music threads in this shack.

Awww, Nic, and it was so much fun while it lasted...the peace within the tribe.

Actually talk radio is the only place that isn't owned by the admin already, so yeah, I'll stick with AM.

P.S.  Get ready for the thread to lock.

On a happier note, sounds like some of us up north will be riding tomorrow, too!

Happy Easter everyone!

Just to be clear, I was referring to all stripes of talk radio, not a particular slant. In NYC, we are inundated with "sports talk" radio, a genre that has elevated ignorance to the level of comedy.

Someone talking to a mic is not discourse.
