I'm a new Ducati Monster rider - got my bike last summer,(S2R 800). I had a Buell Blast before that for one season, and have ridden in the dirt and woods for about 8 years or so. I just finished a 75 hour job of making my monster "my own" by personalizing the paint job myself! My husband put in a lowering link  for me, and now I really feel it's uniquely MINE!!  I just can't wait to show people what I did to my bike!   Now you can't pry my butt off MY bike!
I don't know how to really use this site, and I don't know how to post a photo - maybe someone can help me?!

Here is my photo album:

Welcome, looking forward to seeing your pictures! [popcorn]

If you have any questions on the posting after reading the FAQ, feel free to send me a PM.

As yuu suggests, please stop by the Women's forum and introduce yourself there as well. :)

Have fun on your new wheels! [moto]

Thanks for the warm welcome and helping me post the pics - I actually had to have a friend do it- I'm a computer knucklehead (sort of)
I'm still learning how to work this whole "forum" thing!
Everyone seems real nice [thumbsup]

WOW! that is one personalized Duc, very nicely done. [clap] [clap] [clap]

Wow indeed - you really should post those photos in the general or maybe the mods section. Those get a lot more traffic, so people can actually get a look at all that work. Do you have even more detailed shots? Or closer crops so we can see some of the fine work? If you've got the original high res photos, I can help with that.

Also, to post larger versions of your photos - use the 'direct link' provided by photobucket, and then follow the instructions DP linked to

I agree, please show off your bike in the General forum as well.  We have an "Official Bikes of the DMF" thread:

IMO - all that works needs a little more notice than being in just the Official bikes... Needs to be there for sure - but I'd like to see some more detailed shots in a thread of their own.

I've picked out some things from it, looks like a whole narrative going on
'Bye bye Buell' no more is worked in there

Oh, and looks like photobucket is nice enough to auto generate the tags needed to copy and past right into here. Just copy what's in the IMG Code field and presto!
