G and I will be passing through quickly tomorrow.   We have a couple hours to kill near Penn Station around lunchtime.  Anyone got a recommendation for grub?  We'll have a little luggage with us.

Not immediately at/near Penn Station (34th & 8th) is the Bryant Park Grill on the back side of the NY Public Library at W40th & 6th. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.  

Drop your luggage in a locker and take the walk there... worth it IMO.  More here:

Tad's steaks 34th between 7-8av, their pretty good.  If you have more time I would suggest something else.

Gotta love eating a filet mignon that they serve to you folded over itself.  And wine glasses pre-filled with saran wrap on top.
