I have to bring my S4RS in for some warranty work. I know who the dealers are but I read mixed results from a few. Any recommendations based on your personal experience on where to go so the work is covered under warranty if need be. I live in Brooklyn. Many thanks!

I typically have all my work done at Rockwell.  I have also heard great things about ECS.  Both of them will pick you up and drop you off at the train station.

The folks at ECS are fantastic!  Unfortunately, they are not authorized for warranty work, wish they were.

Second strong vote for the entire staff at Rockwell's.

I've used them for both warranty and cash service on my monster and have been very happy with the quality, price and turn around time from them.
