teh reason i can't sleep is because i sit arounf the house doing nothing all day and i've been on pain killers and couldn't help but to fall asleep randomly for the past 2.5 weeks



also, i'm not a fan of taking pills.

I'd normally drink myself silly, but drinking doenst put me to sleep, it just knocks me out.

Alcohol doesn't allow your mind to get into REM sleep cycles and that's where you get your most restful sleep.

Try to get a scrip for Dalmane.

It will knock you out for all night.

Even more so than Ambien CR , or any of the more popular sleeping aids.

  It's 1:00am and I'm wide awake, I have a big day tomorrow(today) starting with my sons early morning basketball practice, yet I'm still wide awake.

I have recently become addicted to those 24oz Rockstar sugar free drinks, needing two a day,  to help me rip threw my day with a workout or two.

The problem is the timing of that last can, an hour too late and the night ends up like this.     

Try Tapas Accupressure Therapy. I slept 3-4 hours a night for 30 years...........I was up all the time. I did tat therapy 3 weeks ago and shut down completely. I sleep anywhere from 7-12 hours a day now. Nothing is more important. You don't need meds or drugs you need to learn how to self calm. Sounds silly I know, but it has worked for me. TAT lets you put things back in your brain in the storage cases.........things that you dont need to worry about because you cannot change them anyway. So look up TAT investigate it, try it with an open mind and see if it works for you. It did me.
Hope this helps those of you who cannot turn off when you need to.
