Does anyone know if Speed TV is broadcasting the races?
They're listed as tomorrow May 1st at 5 and 6pm on the web site but checking the schedule on my tv they're not there.
I knwo that sometimes the major networks cover the US races like Indy and Laguna so I was wondering if that's the case with the Miller races too?

Where did Checa get that time?   :o

Between he and Biaggi they hammered the old lap record.
"Once you accept that a child on the autistic spectrum experiences the world in
a completely different way than you, you will be open to understand how that
 perspective
is even more amazing than yours."
To realize the value of nine  months:
Ask a mother who gave birth to a stillborn.
"Don't piss off old people The older we get, the less 'Life in Prison' is a deterrent.”

Nice to see Haga get a start closer to the front.  Maybe Nitro can sniff a podium.

hardly a stretch in terms of computing.. but this was interesting:

Ducati can control the rev limit of every Superbike connected to their electronic network. It's rumored that at Salt Lake City Ducati has raised the rev limit of all customer bikes an additional 500 rpm.
Like this is the racing, no?

gm2

that was kinda boring.

...maybe ducati is also tired of satellite bikes winning so they just shut off carlos' bike  ;)

Such an odd quote in an article. I'm sure they were trying to be funny in a Skynet sort of reference, but it kind of failed.

You have to feel for Checa man.  He was simply on fire this weekend.

Sucks for Cheka. Twice had issues with his bike and was in the lead in both races. I was a track marshal at the races this weekend. It was awesome to be that close to them as they came flying by.
Bikes I've jumped and/or crashed:
84 Kawasaki KDX 80 - Bike i learned to ride on when I was young(er)
84 Kawasaki KDX 200 - First naked bike. crashed so frequently the plastics wouldnt stay on.
99 KTM 620 - If you could even get the thing kick started in the first place...
02 Yamaha Zuma - not a motorcycle but still crashed and jumped it way too many times.
04 Harley Road King Classic - Awesome story behind this
06 Ducati S2R 1000 - neither.... yet.
