Our A/C called it quits, and I've been sitting in this hot freaking house since noon waiting for the tech to show up.   

hope you had home insurance.  I'm waiting on mine to quit which is why I bought the insurance for a couple of years.

Yeah, we're covered, but turns out it's a simple capacitor that crapped out.  $300 for a $20 part.  I'm in the wrong line of work...

Not sure but I think he was one of the first people in town to put a deposit on one way back in the fall... It'll be cool to see those new Beemers out in the wild

I'm sure the rider had a lot to do with it but you can't argue with what your money buys
