I personally wont go that far.  There's a bike for every purpose and what you guys consider a cruiser is not what I consider a cruiser, being that my fat, slow, heavy as hell PIG does the job for me and the wife.  Most of you would never be caught dead on a cruiser - I get that too.

For my part, I'm an equal opportunity offender.  I laugh at all brands including ones I own BUT in the end I don't care what you ride and why.  If you ride two wheels your my brother and that's it to me.  What I can't stand is snobs on two wheels.

OK we're off to Yellowstone now for a much needed separation from contact with the normal world.

I would consider a cruiser. I've seen some nice examples of Victorys. Don't really have any room/spare cash for another bike but as time goes on my hardcore sport bikes will get more and more uncomfortable. And I'm sure there is somenting to be said for just cruising around. [moto]

Brian, I'd be happy to alleviate you of some of your "no-room-for-a-Victory" symptoms... :)

That's why we always escape Texas heat with our annual summer trip to my family's New Mexico cabin at 7,000 feet altitude. The last two years we have been sleeted on while riding the ski lifts in Red River and Angel Fire!! Nice and sunny on the way up, lunch at the top and then on the ride down BOOM! Pop up mountain thunderstorm out of nowhere! Some lightning, some rain, some sleet, a bunch of wind and a 25+ degree drop in temp. I think they're pretty cool but they scare Jen to death. Being chilly and sleeted on in July or August always gives me something to think about on the 12 hour drive home through 105 degree west Texas! :P

Check out Pro Italia's website. They are raffling off a Desmosedici D16RR for $40.00 a ticket to provide financial help to a local school! For a $40 raffle ticket you could possibly be the owner of a Desmosedici!!!! [thumbsup] [moto] Pretty cool.

(they bought it from us... so its got my finger prints all over it already!)

if they sell all 2500 tickets, they'll raise 100,000, which clearly covers the cost of the bike and makes a generous donation to the school.
