What to do at Bike Week?

Honest, I'm not trying to be snarky or start anything here.

I was in Laconia over the weekend with hours to kill (son was at Laconia HS doing stuff) so decided to drive around the area and check things out.

All I could find was tents full of Harley-themed T-shirts. I did see a few sport bikes on the street, including a nice yellow 1098 and an '09+ red Monster with CF Termis (couldn't tell if it were 696 or 1100), but for the most part it was Harleys with a few other cruisers thrown in. My wife commented "I thought there were supposed to be more boobies than this," by which she meant there were none at all (except on that big guy riding shirtless).

It's very likely I was looking in the wrong places.

What is there to do at Bike Week for someone with little interest in cruisers or T-shirts?

Since I plan on heading over that way Thursday, I'm interested in an answer also.   :)

If you're not interested in the cruisers...

or t-shirt vendors...

or putting from bar to bar...

or watching the freak show that inevitably is the Weirs...

you could come visit. ;D

The weather wasn't as nice as I would have liked it and that was enough to deter me.  Maybe next year.

there were only 2 good days this year sat and sun and yeah its pretty much all harleys and leather shops, and im not really into drunk driving so theres not really much for me there. when i was a kid it used to be a lot crazier and much more fun. Maybe I just have bad memories of working bike week as a cook at the smokehouse when i was a teenager.
