Ning, all!!

Been real busy settling into our new place.

The paint roller/brush will be an extension of my arm for the next few days. 

The house is getting a new HVAC system next week...the service guy was here yesterday and declared it terminal. 

Ran today for the first time in 5 weeks.  Did some easy run/walk intervals around the track.

Hope all is well with all.
