Nope, my foolishness for claiming in that other guys fibromyalgia thread that I've been feeling really good lately.
The very next morning I had to drag myself out of bed and went to work anyway both yesterday and the day before despite being so not-with-it.
Among other things that proves to me it must be at least some percentage mental if it can be brought on like that, at least for me.
