well, it's just a metaphor, no one would give ribs to a dog.  especially not the list of names I am about to PM you.  they definitely did not give ribs to any puggles in defiance of your very clear instructions.  i don't even know where they live.  the address attached to the PM are sheer speculation, as is the place to locate large untraceable bricks that should definitely not be hurled through any windows.
