As a quick update, I'm hoping to have my Multi back from AMS Friday in order to gain some ride time early Saturday morning and possibly Sunday also. I feel so lost without it.

Hey TXG, I should have posted up earlier, but fell asleep after a bit too much beer and the soccer game.

UJ and I may be up for something if not too early or long.  We have a short 70mi loop in mind - starting at Saxby's coffee on Stacy/75, ending at Palio's pizza cafe 75/Eldorado in McKinney -starting around 9-9:30.  We can vouch for the good thin crust pizza there.

There are several routes NE from McKinney.

meet in McKinney and ride the service road northbound on the East side of 75 (sounds crazy but trust me it's a nice little track to 455).  I'll try to make it but I'm doubtful right now.

Saxby's is east of 75 on the south side of the road.  It has one of those stupid parking lots that you have to come into from behind the building... (I hate stupid parking lot designers)...
