BME, such a happy place.  Well, for those that don't have to spend all week there. 

Spent the past two days painting my new place. All the taping, dismounting and mounting of window treatments, ladder setting, hope never have to paint again.  If so, white only!

A place which was called Honu's.  They had most of the breakfast crew from Brent's including the main cook so the food was excellent. They were supposed to have a good dinner & bar with live jazz on Weds nights. I don't think they promoted the breakfast enough but it was said they were busy at night. I dunno. The whole place is closed and empty. Rumor has it they were getting behind in their payments to Kaneohe Ranch.  KR seems to have it in mind to kill as many small businesses in Kailua as they can. They used to be pretty reasonable but now they seem to be money crazed, and at a time when everyone is hurting. They shouldn't be hurting. Hell, they own this whole half of the island.

Thanks. I already have stands for the 848. This is for the 1098, 1198 and Streetfighter, none of which I own but you never can tell.  I had the stand for the 848 before I got it and was only using the stand on the HyperMotard. The first stand for the 1198 came in but Ducati left critical items off of it. I had ProItalia check one of their stands and it was missing stuff just like the one that was sent to SSD for me.  DNA said that the stand was supposed to come with all the options so we'll see when the next one arrives.

saw gene this morning around 9ish on kunia road.

we hiked poamoho today. 6 miles, of which 2 were a little muddy. but amazing views and a some 4x4 action. i think i'm gonna go back to sleep, my feet are aching.

haha, but we were on the way to the hike. i'd describe it more like the dog hanging out the window when they're riding a car and they see a cat. except it sounds like "omg, bike, omg.... that's gene!"

Dropped the SF off at SSD this morning for the 7.5k mile/1 year service, they will also mount up the new 2CTs...

Finally got the chance to go into the office yesterday.  Went in, met everyone and was told not to worry about coming back in until next Tuesday.  lol
