Apparently (not that anyone here cares about a Triumph on a Ducati forum....), there is a ZX9R rear shock that is a bolt-on for the Legend and is dramatically better than the stocker.  $60 shipped on Flea-bay and I should have it next week.

Twas' nuttin'.  You'd do the same brotha!  So glad we all made it home safe and it *seems* like the problem isn't serious or expensive.

One bottle of DOT4, a MiTvac brake bleeder, and some squeezing of some levers and we have freshly bled brakes and clutch.   Now if it wasn't raining I could actually ride around and make sure I did it right!  Firm levers and a pedal give me a fairly good sense of accomplishment.  Hope for dry weather tomorrow to go and try it out!  Stupid rain.

Can anyone help me take the wheels off my bike?  I got new tires to put on, but no tools or know how.
