I road with a few members this past weekend and I had a blast!  I have not stopped thinking, reliving, and talking about the ride...  I'll be out of town this weekend but would love to ride with a more experienced rider or riders the weekend of July 24th and/or the 25th.

Does anyone have plans for a back road ride and are you willing to let a newbie slow them down?  If so, please post them so I can join.

I may be interested in an early east/north ride as well.  And don't worry... there's no way in hell you are slower than me.

I agree. Weather/heat/rain always play a major factor in a ride. Plus some folks may want to go early, some later and "the where do you want to go" is always important. Kettle simmering never hurts. Besides, there is an ongoing argument as to who's the slowest and I have not yet participated in that contest. [moto]
