Hey everyone, I'm planning on going up to Catalina Coffee off washington (the not douchey side btw) tomorrow night for a coffee event a friend of mine is putting on.  Here's the info:

ALL local baristas from ANY coffee house are encouraged to attend this meeting in regards to next year's SCAA coffee conference here in Houston, TX. Bring your favorite coffee bean and join in a hand brew throwdown as well! If you know ANY barista interested in our trade they are welcome to come and please invite them!

In any case, I'm going to support a good friend, but it'd be a good time to get all the bikes together too.  7:30 is when it starts, I'll probably show around 7 or so

Pretty fun yesterday actually!  The barista event went off very well and very well supported by the local barista community 

I ended up riding in and running into the ton up group as they were chatting about the upcoming mods and rockers event funny enough  [moto]  Sat and talked with a few of them a bit and I remember meeting at least one or two of them several times at the old Ming's cafe meet ups, so a good bunch.

They'll be gathering in two sundays (July 25th) at Jimmy's Icehouse for a party of sorts at 3pm, might be a good thing to go and check out for us!

Hiero, keep me in mind if you make the Mods and Rockers event. I'll be in town that weekend, should be able to make it.  [moto]
