I had a Ahi Tuna BLT for lunch today. 

It was delicious.   

So it was an ABLT?   I presume you didn't dare replace the bacon with fish.

that is correct.  the ahi was in addition to the bacon.    description from the menu:  ahi tuna BLT - with smoked bacon, balsamic greens, & lemon aioli on marble rye

too bad I couldn't have a  with lunch...it was work time

Oh, it's the same place you spoke of earlier.   I'll be in SLC in a few weeks, but I doubt I can make it to Boulder.  Damn shame it is.

They still have bacon in SLC, however

Breakfast: Bacon, masala eggs (omellete with cilantro, garlic & ginger), oj and cup o´ tea..
