Watch out, they'll try to turn you into a "wetback".   [laugh]  ;D

(a little "back" story here... the waiter accidentally dumped a whole cup of salad dressing straight down my back.)  :(

so, were you able to somehow get "back" at him??

Motored down to AMS in Alvaredo today for a visit. They have that carbonfiber MH900 and it's spectacular. What a cool bike. Plus a couple Desmos. I forgot how much cool toys they have down there.

I then had to go to an eye doctor appointment in Plano, which I think is 300 miles away. Even with toll booths I made it in 45 minutes. My time machine is working real good.

So was the news good or bad at AMS?

A PM will work [thumbsup]

No news, just chatted. I'll drop her off soon for an inspection. I'll see how it goes from there.

Sorry I missed you -I popped in there today too (for consumables: oil filters, etc.)
The place is just a few bikes shy of a museum.
You should have seen the yellow mid 90's SS/CR that was parked out front.
All kinds of hotrod-mods ...and that square headlight  -PURE SEX!

Dang it, I missed the sexed up yellow SS. There was a red 1098S with TTX technology out front when I was there.

The following is a public service announcement of the DMF Association of Bicycle Racers (I'm the founding and possibly sole member)

Ben Spies, current AMA points leader will be crit bicycle racing this weekend in Dallas. He's pre-reg'd for both Saturday & Sunday in the 7:00pm Cat5 races.

From yesterdays DMN article:

"Spies, who travels to each track in a motorcoach and spends time training and testing between races, was scheduled to return to Dallas today for the first time in two months. Spies said he'll compete in a bicycle race downtown this weekend, near his condominium at the W. It's part of his training."

Yeah I hear that Mladin is registered in the same race under an alias and plans to hook him on the sprint... that will get the AMA SBK points lead back in his hands!!!

Sounds like Spies is going to race the Donnington Park MotoGP race in place of the injured Capirossi. That's a little sooner than he expected. Sounds a little tougher than a Cat5 criterium. Hey, anyone else hear about the alleged rumors of Colin Edwards being a possible replacement for Bayliss on next years Ducati World SBK team?? That's one way to get more Americans in WSBK. [thumbsup] Anyone know any details about that??
