I'm glad everyone had a good holiday weekend.  It's not the same without ya, K.B., but we'll keep a spot open for ya if you decide to join us.

Video forthcoming, for those guilty folks who had images taken of them.

Thanks,Bubba (teary eyed). This feels like a torture test this summer.  I did ride to work this morning via the Crest @ 7.  Two cars & one squirrel...An actual one, not a guy on an R6 with a mohawk.  I miss you all, and promise to stay in touch more in the future, just had no idea biz in Santa Fe was going to turn into this.

Rage on Hooligans!
I promise to make better mistakes tomorrow.

Never appeal to a man's "better nature."  He may not have one.  Invoking his self-interest gives you more leverage.  R.A. Heinlein

Nice ride guys...hope Scott is willing to give us some pointers on our next practice day on the track :)

Here's a partial trip down following James....

Crest Down behind James.MP4

The camera ran out of battery, so this is all you get.  Can you figure out which turn I blew on this trip?!?

As to pointers, Karl.....I'll tell you anything you want to know as brutally or as kindly as you like....but your riding looks fine to me.  If you want to be faster, just go faster.  Just in case you think I'm kidding, I'm not.   ;D

Scott,
I prefer the straight forward or brutal approach and hope to become a better rider while enjoying my (our) passion.  [moto]

Thanks Scott!  [bow_down] Now, I'll sit and take all the nasty comments of my screw up's! I brake way too early  ???, probably chicken out! Anyways, great stuff to have for ever...will help me improve skills. A million thanks!

Didn't you take one of us riding up as well- the first ride? You don't have to post it, but would love to copy them some time.  [beer]

JJ, I too will be at the trackday on Sunday.  It should be great fun.

Is there a schedule for the day published anywhere?  I looked, but could not find it.

I have an E-Z-Up.  You and anyone else that comes to the track are welcome to "share the shade".    8)

Awesome Ed! Would be great to ride with you on track...the schedule is simple- be there by 7am. Tech inspection opens around then...You may want to attend the morning class by Troy on track riding...then experts go first, intermediates and novice..they call for us...20 min sessions each depending on no screw ups! I'll start inters this time...It helped me last time
riding novice for first session and switching to learn lines.

Look for the last tree on left as you come in close to track...where I was parked last time....tallest tree and best shade...ur EZ up should be a blessing!

More fun this weekend! Yay!:-)
