So I want to go on a two day road trip with the gf to get out of the hectic city life and enjoy nature for a bit.  Plan is to ride out Saturday morning, ride around, hang out, spend the night somewhere woodsy (bed & breakfast?) and then ride back on Sunday.  Does anybody have any good ideas for where to possibly go within a reasonable distance (don't want to ride more than 200 mi away from Manhattan) that has some cool scenic routes on the way to a decent place to sleep?  Any suggestions appreciated as I've never done this before.  Thanks!

I would suggest the Catskill's.  Lots of great roads, very scenic and I'm sure there are some B&B up there.
