Total mileage is around 200 for the loop starting at Cedar Crest and ending back at Albuquerque.  We could shave miles by starting and ending at Albuquerque (or Bernalillo).
Highest elevation is probably in the 8,000 foot range according to my sources (the internet) at the Valles Caldera campground.
I can ride Sunday, but not Saturday.  Wanna do Jemez?  I'm in!!

Perefecto! Great time to ride Jemez, fall colors are out.... [thumbsup] I'll join in Santa Fe, GIANT gas station...or meet you where you take teh relief route 599...drop me times and Sunday is it?

It does get a bit cold near the Valle Grande and elevation of just over 9000ft. I have a neat widget on my phone that can pull an altitude through the [roll] satellite...fancy! You will love it Nick!

I'm in for Sunday. I need to check with medical people about the elevation.
Nobody said that I did. Everyone says that I would.

I might be down.  I need to see what the other half is doing(planning).

I'd like to get out for a ride this weekend. What are the specifics? (time we'd leave and where we'd meet at.)

And, if we are near Jemez Springs, we have to stop at Los Ojos. I've been craving one of their burgers.

If I get my vote, I'd say we meet at the Starbucks in Bernalillo (or C.A.D. in Cedar Crest...though that tacks on an extra 40 miles for me.  It is a nicer ride up 14, though only marginally so) around 8:30, meet J.J. in Santa Fe around 9:00 or 9:15 on St. Francis (or at 599 if we start in Cedar Crest), then ride to Jemez Springs, stop at Los Ojos for a burger, then head down through Jemez Pueblo and home on 550....but that's just me.

Who's in?  Where shall we meet?  Please vote for either Bernalillo or Cedar Crest if you plan to ride.

I'm in and I opt for Bernallilo.

+1 on Bernalillo if I am able to go. Still have to talk to the other half. Shouldn't be a problem I hope.

OK...let's plan to meet at Starbucks in Bernalillo on Sunday morning.  We should LEAVE there at 8:30, so if you want a cup of coffee and a chat you should show up earlier (like me).

For those who've never been there, it's on 550 in Bernalillo on the north side of the road less than a mile from the Interstate.  It's easy to find if you keep your eyes open.

See you on St. Francis at the usual gas station around 9:15 Sunday morning, J.J.
