Does anyone have the urge to do the High Road to Taos before this awesome weather ends?

Class? Bueller? Anyone?!?

What is your projected trajectory?

...and, the most important thing- Lunch! I could meet y'all somewhere on 285, & High Road back up. There's the CHimayo place in Chimayo, Sugar Nymphs in Peñasco, lotsa places in Taos, or if you want, we could head back to my place, grill & chill, then hit 64 West to Tierra Amarilla.

What sounds good?

It all sounds good. What about Taos Inn? For late breakfast. We could meet you at Chmayo if you want to go there then back up high road.

I might be able to fly with the Ducks on the High Road tomorrow, Sunday.    8)

I have a bum wing, it's sort of healed, so my appearance is a little iffy.

However, if the pain killers are working, where is the preferred meeting spot in Chimayo, (It's a big place!) and at what target time?

---Anything worth doing.... is worth over doing!....
---How will you know if you've gone too far, unless you actually go there!.......

I was hoping that L'Scott or Larry would post up about today's ride first since they have a story or the pics ...Gabe should have some good pics as well.
Company, ride and weather were absolutely perfect [thumbsup] We met L'Scott in Pojoaque and
proceeded to head up the High Road to Taos. Temps ran in the mid 60's to low 70's and traffic was impeding
our fun slightly....had a blast though [thumbsup]. When we got to Taos Larry and I noticed oil leaking on Scott's bike and we stopped to do some
damage assessment. Turns out that the oil cooler on his PS split a seam and was spitting oil all over the bike.
We decided to head to the Taos Diner for lunch and truly enjoyed our meal...
Scott got a ride from a friend to get his truck and pick up his bike...weren't going to leave him stranded
Awesome conclusion of the riding season [thumbsup] [moto]
Unless this weather holds up :D

Here are a few of the shots. A great day was had by all and no one got hurt. Amazing riding and a few open stretches that will keep us coming back for more. Thanks to Karl, Scott and Gabe

Gabe clicked this shot of the unfortunate Ducati ugliness. Scott may the PS make a quick recovery and I am VERY happy we all came to a full stop, intact!

I probably wont be coming out this weekend.  Got me some side jobs to catch up on and make a little extra $$$  Takin the good with the bad I guess.  :-\
