Hi Bazz.
In Flickr, above the photo you should have the option to 'share this'.  It will give the HTML code there.

yer got that bit now what do i do 

Click "Share this photo"
Click "Grab the HTML/BBCode"
Select the size
Click the dot for "BBCode"
Copy the code in the window, it'll look like this:
