I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

My old Stevens Model 94 finally failed to kick off a shell the other day

she's old

I thought early 70's but the knowledge of the internet says that model was produced between 1926 and 1945
(I hesitate to believe that)

I'm going to have to look into this new fangled round you youngsters always talk about

This is a hook from the "show your guns" thread. Anyone want to go off on the old AR platform vs the M4 that everyone wants to have? I have both so I have little to say other than I like all of them. Is there a bad AR gun? Like is there a bad FAL? Say your peace... ;D

Yes.  There is a really make the beast with two backsing stupid AR type gun... the ones with 11" barrels, but to comply with the NFA they WELD on a 5.5" "flash suppressor" so the barrel is legally 16.5 inches... totally negating the purpose (and a very limited one that it is) of having an 11" barrel on an AR.  Want a short-barreled AR? Don't wanna play with the NFA taxes on SBR's? Get an AR based pistol.
