Thanks everyone! 

It was a HUGE suprise for the parents/in-laws.  I surpised my dad with a custom made Dallas Cowboys shirt before he went to the game today here in PHX.  It had "Grandpa" on the back.  He thought I was just joking about his age until my sister asked it that was foreshadowing.  Then I gave him his Christmas card with the ultrasound in it.  Classic response!  I'm glad I caught it on camera.   

We've known for awhile now but didn't want to spill the beans until after the first ultrasound.  Pretty amazing to see and hear the heart beating.
