There are two condos next to each other that sleep ten folks each...same place we stayed last year.
Additional condos that sleep 8 are available. They dropped the price to $300 per night per condo for this year.
If you and your group are interested I can get you the contact information etc.

I don't think condos are going to work for a group of our size.

While the NM contingent is/has been a cozy clan for a while, there will also be a number of people who aren't as close coming from other states/regions. 

In that case, a hotel give the best options for lodging.

I'd like to re-do the accommodations from last year.  Was great, simply great!

There's obviouisly more coziness afoot than I thought!     I guess we'll have to make room for Mellow Ms. Mel, Gay Gloria (Gay happy, not the other kind.....I think.....), Enchanting Ed, Juicy JJ, and all the rest.
