It was a good game. I just wish I could like Auburn. All the dirty hits kinda was a bit excessive. Great season for the Ducks and a great comeback.

Their defense played that way all year. Nothing real bad (causing injury), just a make the beast with two backs you attitude.  ;)

I drove by the stadium at halftime.  I've never seen that many people in Glendale before!!

The Oregon crowd can come back to the valley anytime.  They were great!

As for the Buckeye fans..

Oh, in case you weren't paying attention. The Auburn Defense held the Oregon Heisman candidate to 49yds......49yds.  ;)

This has been over the years.  Obnoxious f*ckers coming into Oldtown Scottsdale and treating it like it's Podunk, Midwest.  I understand getting excited for the game but have some respect for a city that's not yours.  THAT'S the reason I HATE the Buckeyes.  It's not the UM/osu "rivalry".

You move every other month anyway, why do you give a make the beast with two backs?  :D

True..ya old coot!   [cheeky]

I've moved back here several times. I'd consider myself an AZ native.

Adding it up, I think I've lived here a total of 12 years now.

That's funny.  I don't even recall seeing one Auburn fan this past weekend?!  Either they weren' coming down in droves like the Ducks were..

That's understandable though.  Those NW folks need any chance they can get to take a break from that rain!!   ;)

Congrats to Auburn.  THe Ducks acquitted themselves well though.  SEC:  still the best conference in college football.
If you can see Chuck Norris, he can see you.  If you can't see Chuck Norris, you may be only seconds away from death.

The Auburn fans were probably stuck in Alabama.  That little bit of snow they got shut everything down.

Well I waited as long as I could.  I wanted to see how the season played out before I said anything.

First off- As to the players getting suspended.  Crappy rule but they did break it so they’ll sit.  Didn’t think Green should have got  4 games and 5 is way too many for selling your personal belongings.  What I really didn’t get was everyone hating on Tress for playing them.  What choice did he have?  He had the NCAA and Sugar Bowl president telling him to play them.  No way could he not.

Sugar Bowl- so why is that all of you hate on the Buckeyes but when they win a big game (which you guys say they never do but I think Arkansas and Oregon would say different) it’s the other teams losing not the Buckeyes winning.  Pryor was having his way with Arkansas’ defense and yeah their receivers dropped some balls but that was against 4th and 5th string true freshman DB’s. At one point we had only 1 starter from the regular season in the defensive backfield. If Tress doesn’t take his foot off the gas they could have scored as many points as he wanted.  Either way the defense showed up and they won the game. Tress is now 6-3 in BCS games, man he is such a bad big game coach. And make the beast with two backs you rest of the Big Ten (especially our co-champs) for not showing up and letting the Buckeyes show once again we are the class of the conference in football and now basketball.  About as happy ending to the season as I could of asked for except………

Oregon and Auburn looked soooooo beatable last night.  I think TCU, Alabama, Ohio State and Stanford could have easily beat either of those teams not to mention Boise or LSU. Cam Newton looked good for some plays and really bad in others.  I still don’t think he is that much if at all better than TP.  Just a lot of hype.  He’s going to be a big NFL bust.  Fairley not so much.  Damn is that guy so good but also so dirty.  He better get ready to pay some fines in the NFL.  Oregon once again underwhelmed scoring 19 pts.  They are now averaging 18 pts for BCS games.  Funny how that happens when you aren’t playing PAC-10 defenses.  You’ll never convince me that the PAC-10 is better than the Big Ten.  SEC showed once again why they are the best conference this season and best by a long shot.

All in all a great year, can’t wait for next year even with the suspensions OSU will contend for a Big Ten title and win the first Big Ten Championship Game.  Hope to see Les Miles in Ann Arbor.  The Vest verse the Mad Hatter every year would be fun.

Now on to basketball where, that’s right, my Buckeyes are #2 in the country and might just have two Players of the Year in a row with Sullinger.

I am going to ignore the rest of your comments because as a Michigan fan, we will NEVER agree on anything (All I gotta say is the sky is BLUE so THERE! ;) )

But I don't know if it was that the teams looked beatable as much as it was an outstanding matchup. I think it would have been hard pressed to have a better and more even matchup for the NC game.

As for my Wolverines...sort of disappointed they didn't throw money at Harbaugh or Miles. And while Hoke is a good defensive coach, I think a portion of the offense is going to defect due to the fact that Hoke isn't Miles or Harbaugh.
