True, I've watched the movie just waiting for the line and it was never said.  But Sam did play it again.  For those of you that have never seen the film (and why haven't you) the song is "As Time Goes By."

Showgirls  Fits in the class of movies that were so bad that they should never be remade but I loved that film.  You can watch it without the sound on and it will be a little better.  As they say, it was a film with great visual impact.
