I saw that Transformers teaser a while back. No idea what the "plot" will be.

The guy already has the girl. I would prefer that they would get away from that side of the story and focus more on the military aspect of it.

what satisfies the populace and what you and I want to see are two quite different things.
Where it my movie it would nonstop battle and when/if the Autobots won, they too would see it fit to do away with the squishy humans.

Still one of my favorite little things about the first, seeing that on the side of the cop car Decepticon.

Are we to assume that the one it shows in the teaser is a really, really big one, like he turns into the Enterprise or something, complete with a William Shatner hologram at the helm?

At this point, given that the 3rd installment is slated to be the last, I wonder if we'll see Unicron?

I remember though that the old cartoon movie was pretty inconsistent with his size though

Out of curiosity, I went looking through my DVDs and found the 20th Anniversary Special Edition Transformers The Movie that I thought I had bought a while back. For what it's worth, and given the age of the animation, it looks amazing...and you've gotta love the 80s music - "You've got the touch..."

The remastered colors and sound are fantastic. It's worth it....if you can find it!
