I was thinking something like one of the laptop mats might be better... force more air into the box underneath, and let convection do it's thing

i think the laptop mats are built to pull hot air away from the laptop (or xbox), but i could be wrong

you still need the cool air through the back

The best would be if you put a fan blowing air underneath and then a fan suckin air at the back, then it's constantly cooling the system

the fans are ducted to the heat sinks... I assumed the rear fans were exhaust?

I guess they still could if they were sucking air directly off the sinks and out, right?
