Yup, they didn;t care at all, they jsut told me what dlears had one in stock and go buy it there.  Pretty sad really

ZC, I did the EXACT SAME THING.....parallel universe man....

Ducati dealer here could not have cared less....walked into AF1 (worlds BEST Aprilia dealer) and cut a deal...could not be happier....love my new Tuono... the Duc dealer here doesn't have the best REP anyway.......they need to rethink to a new "customer retention" philosophy instead of pushing "ignore" mode.....

If you want Superior service with a Superior dealer, give Ed or Micah at AF1 Racing a call....(New Braunfels, TX)

They were gonna "look after me" on a purchase of a new bike, I had my eyes on a Hypertard S, the social committee sat on one at WDW2007 and we rode one to see two up compatability, sweet, so I contact them and say game on lets do it, take them up on the offer to buy a new bike and live the "Passion"( short for takin it up the arse )

Well four emails later over two months NO RESPONSE, so sorry fellas, look over the fence time.

Love has to go both ways and it didn't for me, I have many mates who ride Ducatis and most are reasonably happy, I had a crap run with three in a row, I am slow learner 

Anyway, I hope your Tuono is good to you, they still have some wee sillies but I think you may find they are pretty good.

Congrats to you too    The Tuono is a such a great bike.  I am happy to jump ship 

it still boggles the mind how i pretty much went in to these palces with cash in my pocket ready to buy and just plain screwed or ignored.
Maybe i should have taped the money to my forehead   Damn i wish i thought of that at the last Ducati dealer i went too.  Maybe that would ahve gotten their attention lol

a month :d  i'll have the 1000km (600m) done by next week    If this weeks weather was no so bad, i would have got it done this week lol

I like the Tuono . I was going to buy a 2006 red/white but the local Aprilla dealer was having so many problems getting parts, they dropped the line. Now no local Aprilla service/sales available.
