Back in Florida, escaping the N Y weather. I have shoveled a mountain of snow this winter. Not real busy with work, so I'm back in sunny climes. Yeah...

My problem was actually double sicknesses.  I had a SEVERE migraine-like headache/bodyache/no energy disease for about two weeks and I'm still getting over it.  After our outing this weekend, both Ashley and I got the puking/diarrhea disease for a couple of days.  Which one did you get?  If the first, it's probably my fault.  If the later, we should all blame Stuart...he hasn't had it so he must be the carrier!!!   ;D

21-hour straight drive from Cape Coral (temps in high 70's) back to Long Island (low 20's). The bad news when I got back was a report from our neighbors in Albuquerque that pipes had burst in our house on Jupiter St. Some damage to the kitchen and the spare room we use for the grandkids' bedroom. Given the amount of burst pipes in New Mexico this winter, we will not be able to get an insurance adjuster in for several weeks. Barb's son also told us that the companies that specialize in restoration after water damage are also backed up.

It looks like I will be coming down in a few weeks and spending about a month overseeeing work. Hopefully, ABQ will be warmer than NY then.
