Hi guys, I've got those squeeky A-stars as well... Used some silicone spray and it stopped squeeking... Fantastic... [thumbsup]

Paste furniture wax works well.  (I had some lying around)  It's nearly invisible when applied.  you will have to reapply it just like the other options.

I had a pair of Oxtar boots that squeaked. The silicone stuff that came with them made the squeak worse. wax and soap did nothing either. Then I tried Jigaloo (jigaloo.com). No more squeaking. Ever.

Went with the Jigaloo (cuz it was the first one I found) And perfecto, no more squeeks. Plus it's supposed to be a good water repelant.

Thanks Gang  [beer]

No, best thing is Dupont Teflon dry-lube....
Do you apply the Dupont Teflon dry-lube just in certain places like around the armored areas or over all the lower rear half of the boots ?

I just apply it in the armored areas that are causing the squeaking...
