I didn't see any CGI dragons flying around in Knockatomi Towers....





In all fairness, I hope that I'm wrong and that it's a good movie with a unique story. The trend with reboots and retarded stories has really jaded my opinion towards movies that appear to try to overtly impress the audience with explosions and CGI sequences and ultimatly, more often than not, fall short of being worth even a Netflix rental.

+1 What ever happened to character development, dialogue, and a plot.  Well there was "The King's Speech" for those of use that are into that sort of thing.

I agree with Monster Dave, Sucker Punch has a high potential for suckitude. Is anyone else bothered by the total monotone of every character in the trailer? Sure blondie schoolgirl may be cute, but personality-wise she's as feisty as a slug.

Yes, Angelina is hot as molten lava, but her character in Salt is far more badass - she's lethal w nothing but handcuffs (like Jason Bourne, lethal w a *book*). Salt kicks ass cause the character was written for a dude, something tells me the same can't be said for the protagonist in Sucker Punch...

I'm a big fan of Anne Hathaway, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt for catwoman. Besides, anything will be better than that godawful Halle Berry version...
