Look pretty wicked. Check 'em out: http://www.ducati.com/monster_art/index.do

Vale and Nicky might have a better chance of beating Casey's Honda on a Monster than the GP11 this year as well  [roll]  ;)

Yeah I caught them on the email also.
I think they'll even find a way to put #46 on the Multi sometime during the next few years.

Mr.S2R

really? Bit over Rossi's fluorescent art - IMO just doesn't suit a Ducati and makes the bike look dated or wannabe.  There is not enough real estate on the tank as it is.  He used to have some really good designs but something is now missing....

As for the other rider I would rather have a Segway than have a Monster with his number on it! [laugh]

sorry craigo, not art in my eyes, just cheesy ott marketing. i'm sure there will be plenty of takers, especially in the US or wherever a crowd gather for coffee.............. ;D
remember rossi' aprilias with their limited edition paint jobs? now they were art! still, i didn't think he was a dickhead back then [roll]

It's all about the white stripes for me.

I know VR's fluro blobs on his race bike are controversial and almost universally despised. I reckon they look alright (it could be pink!) but my taste in colour matching is questionable at best of times.

Hey,

well we used to call it dog dick pink, but it was called nuclear red according to triumph ( early trumpy speed tripple )
i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.

I was so gonna write "not the band" at the end of that sentence as well  [clap]

vossy

all I have to say about them is  [puke]
"Life's short" "Ride More"

I think it's very tasteful and not over-done.

Betty

Not a fan at all.

Flouro yellow is just wrong ... and everyone knows yellow Ducatis are girls bikes ;)

The whole imitation race replica thing (or whatever the hell it is they are trying to do) is all a bit silly for a Monster.

As for the stripes I think it takes away from the lines of the Monster ... photos are a bit hard to tell but the Monster is all about the tank shape - the stripes ruin that 'look'.
Believe post content at your own risk.

Agree Betty - the tank was ruined from when they put those vents in anyhow...

heatherp

I have (little) dents in my tank where those vents go on later models.  :'(
