Good times!  I expected nothing less!

Like they tell me at work... "If you didn't document it, you didn't do it."  Here's the proof!  [moto]

Ditto! I am offically hot and tired but what a way to get that way! [thumbsup] Usually it's from yard work... this was mo better! [moto]

Great meeting all the new folks, or at least new to me. Hope everyone made it home safe and sound. Hope the food and drink were satisfactory. I know my Reuben and Shiner Bock were worth riding in the heat. Nice pace, hope everyone found a group that was comfy to ride with. Again congrats and thanks to Lisa and Alan for MCing the show and kudus to the mob for once again being a cool, heads up, safe group to ride with. No bone head manuevers... always a plus! My only problem today was getting home and finding only one cold Gatorade!! Colin has been hitting my stash again, as if that 11 year old ever did anything that would make him need a Gatorade!! [laugh] Haven't seen him work up a sweat in the AC playing PS games!

Very nice day, hope to have a repeat group performance again soon! Maybe something below a 100 degrees! ;D

What a great day!!    We have decided that we are a 3 group ride:  Super sport,  Sport, and touring!!  It was good so many people for the turnout!!  Man I am going to miss this group!!!  Great food, Great rum and diet, plus the extra 1/3 I had, great pace (sport class for me) and most of all thanks Lisa and Alan!!!  Cory is asleep on my couch right now!  [laugh]

Sorry I couldn't make the whole ride... but did get to buzz from LYD's to the Starbucks meet-up spot, have a cup of joe -and still make it home 15 minutes before the A/C service truck pulled up.

Looks like it was a fun run.
No drama from what I've heard -that makes it a success!

"Thanks" to Lisa for organizing the show   [thumbsup]

This was my first ride with the group and it was awsome! HOT,HOT,HOT, but very enjoyable. Thanks Lisa and Alan for organizing the ride. It was just the right pace for me. :) It was also great finally meeting everyone else. I'm bad with names, but after a few rides, I'll get to know everyone. Great bunch of folks you guys are. [thumbsup]

On the other hand, the other group I ride with apparantly didn't have as good a time as we did. This is a quote from their ride today:

"Warning....Stay away from New Hope. The sheriff's department isn't playing around. We passed 3 sheriff's department patrol cars on 2933 - one of which had someone with a black R6 pulled over. The trailing cars passed our group, one turned around and rapidly caught up to us, followed for a few miles and eventually pulled us over on 545.

We were told that a call had been placed complaining that we were riding recklessly and endangering others as well as ourselves. Absurd!!  For those of you who are LEOs on the board, I'm sorry, but don't make broad-sweeping assumptions. The sheriff said that typically he would arrest us for reckless endangerment, but he was going to let us off this time with a warning.

We were told that the sheriff's department will patrol those roads and if you are seen on the roads that they will stop you, take you to jail and impound your bike.

Time for a new route. "

Oh well, I hope we don't run into those "reckless riders" anytime soon.

Pics of todays ride to come soon!

Another great group ride; y'all are the best  [thumbsup]  I can't get over the turnout... 20 at Starbucks this morning and 17 for lunch in Muenster (minus George, Rich and Billy).  Great fun and even better company!  I  hope everyone can make it to the next one.  Sounds like a Stephenville/Glenrose Run could be in the works in the Fall.. Woo-Hoo  [evil]

Have a great week!
