Hi everyone,

I just bought myself an '09 1100 and am looking at trimming the tail and adding a clear LED tail light, but just interested in checking out monster *stuff* in general! Searching google brings up heaps of sites overseas so i was just wondering if anyone uses any decent online stores in Australia to get stuff from? Any links would be greatly appreciated.

If the 1100 is like the 696, trimming isnt the same as the older style monsters. Theres no hacksaw required. More of a remove the beer tray and replace with a fender eliminator. Careful though, as you'll get a wet ass from water spray with some (like the compwerx ones). http://www.bikemonkey.com.au/ sell the eliminators (a couple of types from memory) and they also have the clear brake lights your talking about. They are also integrated with indicators, which I dont think are legal. Not sure if they are LED or have LED...

Sure the others will pipe up with other place recommends too.

The smoked lense looks so much better . and i hooked up the intergrated indicators to operate in conjunction with the stock indicators.

Just to be legal, well as leagal as one can strech it

the LED indicators arent a bad look actually. will have to see what the wallet can hand out :p
