Was not an issue last year...we actually had more folks staying that initially committed.
Also, keep in mind that we can always cancel the two bedroom condo if necessary at a $40 fee as long

I am going to have to back out this year. My concentration needs to be on earning a living, so an extra trip west is not in the cards. Hopefully, this will not mess up Karl's arrangements for setting up the NMMR Headquarters in Ouray.
