Yeah, that was a hell of a save by Vale. I had the race on the dvr and backed it up and watched that little "interface" several times. Every time I saw it I said "holy shit, nice save!" He really doesn't need to fall off again any time soon with that shoulder still on the mend.
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

Rossi tried to go around the outside after Ben was through, and lost the front, leading to the foot-off situation.

I've re-watched it a couple of times, I don't think there was any contact.

On the Eurosport coverage a guest in the booth commented that was the only time he saw someone lose the front on a Duc and not go sliding down the road.
