Reporting in to say I made it home safe and sound, as requested by DuCaTiNi.

This weekend was one of the banner weekends of my life.   A huge thank you to our gracious hosts and all the guests for making this weekend so special.  A big toast to all

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

I think we need to make a request to the geeks.  ;)

Glad you made it safe howie.

Did you get wet?

Wet and windblown.  Sky darkened.  Tree tops were bending.  Motorcycles were pulling off and either hiding or putting on their rain gear.  True to tradition, my rain gear stayed in my luggage and I kept on going.  The sky looked brighter in the horizon, I thought I was riding into safety.  Then the sky opened up.

Monsterlover

Ill put up a full writeup of my trip tomorrow.  The part I rode with Lethe was awesome.  The part after we split up was . . . interesting.  More on that later.

The point of this post is mainly to say I still exist.

Existing is good.
The time of your post being about when expected is another good sign.
Do tell in the morning, for now sleep.

Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.

Statler

I made it back in a little over nine hours.  Drive was fine...some traffic in New York.  Bikes were happy on the trailer.   We got them put away and the trailer folded up against the house in fifteen minutes.

Pictures will be up tonight...didn't bring card to office.

Fun weekend everyone.

Cheers to the hosts.

Oh...and running into Monstermash a few hours into the trip....  well, we both left the gas station saying safe ride...I'll never think of toys-r-us the same again.
It's still buy a flounder a drink month
