Junkie, the meaning of:

SONIA: Italian and Portuguese form of Russian Sonya, meaning "wisdom."

My Monster's name:

GINA: Pet form of Italian Giorgina "earth-worker, farmer," Luigina "famous warrior," and other Italian names ending with -gina.

But ML could use something like:

IMELDA: Italian and Spanish form of Teutonic Erminhild, meaning "all warrior."
MARTA: Italian and Spanish form of Greek Martha, meaning "lady, mistress."
RICCARDA: Feminine form of Italian Riccardo, meaning "powerful ruler."
TIZIANA: Feminine form of Italian Tiziano, meaning "of the Titans."
ZETA: Variant spelling of Italian Zita, meaning "little girl." Compare with another form of Zeta.
ZITA: Italian name meaning "little girl."

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

Monsterlover,

And what's her name?

No name. I never understood naming a bike. To me, its a tool to destroy tires and gasoline :)

That's all.

Amendment to last post: I suppose I could go with "Fat Man" because Im guessing it will be destructive and also in the literal sense- this bike is heavy as make the beast with two backs.

Actually, my bike's full name is Sogne di Mezzanotte, which means Midnight Dream.

I just shorten it to Sonia when I talk about her.   ;)

The joke about calling my bike Helga came from an offhand comment from Sac Duc when I first bought her.   I had yelled, "9-9-9" in a goofy voice, and he said something about my bike sounding German. (nein nein nein!)  And then everybody of course jumped on the bandwagon and started calling her "Helga the angry German."   [roll]   ;D

That's why I called ML's bike Brunhilda.   :-*

Unfortunately... he foiled me with his inescapable logic.  :P

She don't feel heavy once you're in the saddle...

Have been able to really ride her yet?  [evil]

I haven't ridden it at all yet!  And with a zard full system and open clutch I'm hesitant to start it too early or late. Its damn loud.

Not sure if you'll remember or not, but is this the same guy that did the work on the 749 forks that I bought from James, when he was still up in NE?

Yup. Same dude. Any issues?

Is there a problem with them?

Yup. Same dude. Any issues?

Nope, no issue at all other than the fact that I need to flush and change the oil in them.  I'm actually quite pleased with the way he set them up, and was just curious if it was the same guy.  I give the guy two [thumbsup] if anyone is thinking about using him for a suspension tune/set-up.

I've always wanted to see what their systems sounded like on the 4v bikes.  They sound just a touch wicked on the SC.   [evil]
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

He would tell you that you're wasting your money if you have less than 18K on the oil.

It's your money though...spend away.
