Oh, yeah, I am going to try to stay in tonight.  I have alot I need to get done before this weekend AND SO, therefore, I must pass on the festivities, if there are any, tonight.  I will have to consider trackday yesterday to be my fix for the week of the NMMR gangsta's.  Post up pictures though if fun is had sans moi.

Actually, northwest.  Up through Colorado with a stop in Grand Junction, Glenwood Spirngs, and, of course, Colorado Springs.  My ferretsitting situation is not bulletproof yet so I am not sure that I will press on to Minnesota this trip.  May just meander through Colorado and get back a little earilier.

SNOB??   I checked it over good for her (she just got it) and took it for a test ride.  I was pounding through the gears and was holding on for dear life.  By the time I got into 5th, I finally reached 50 mph.  'nuff said?

I was going to go up through Wyoming to the Badlands and across.  I have gone that way in my car before and on a train once.  Thought it was time to add a  [moto] or three to that.  May still do it if my ferret sitter can watch Boo for the whole ten days. 

I'm not being mean.  All I'm saying is that bike's not for me.  I helped he pick it out.  It's perfect for her.  She had a bike a long time ago (she's in her 60's) and this is a perfect bike for her to get back into it.  It rides easy, shifts easy and with the power it will be very forgiving.  I suspect that by next year she'll be wanting an upgrade.  When she gets comfortable on the bike, I'll see if she wants to ride with the ganstas.  The bike will cruise at 70.  80 is pushing it, though.   

I went around today looking for rubber.  Couldn't find it.  Come back and ordered it online.  Hopefully it will come in over the weekend and when I come back from Vegas, I'll get it put on.  Did some bike maintenance today.  Finally had the time instead of riding.
