I was tempted to dig it out (Page 4 was it?) ... but unfortunately we are unable to commit at the moment.

I considered it would be worth bringing it up anyway ... and now you have. Interesting that nobody else was interested enough to take my hint.

Perhaps a shorter ride as the days are shorter, the weather colder ... and we're all getting older. Perhaps a later start than usual and a shorter trip to the requisite luncheon

I'm no great fan of the old road. It's just a place that many can get too.
