It is unfortunate and completely expected all at the same time.

Our friend was on a mission I believe.

2000 Monster 900Sie, a few changes
1992 900 SS, currently a pile of parts.  Now running
                    flogged successfully  NHMS  12 customized.  Twice.   T3 too.   Now retired.

If I somehow knew my eventual destiny was a wheelchair and a diaper, I think I'd consider it.

No.

It means that going more or less instantly doing something that you love... is far more preferable than succumbing to a long, slow, painful illness.  My greatest fear (although not one to which I give frequent consideration).

So.... an extremely pleasant, still and sunny day today.  And I'm buggered at the end of it.  Spent the day shovelling 2" crushed rock on the neglected muddy track which ought to be our driveway.  Long overdue.
