Thanks!!  Now the fun of settling and moving begins.   ;)

One nice thing, this place overlooks a "pre-revolutionary" historic town.  There's even a brick and timber stair/walkway that goes from the back yard straight to the pub in the village.   [thumbsup]
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.
