Space inside and out of the house. Couches, floors, refrigerators, driveway...tents, hammocks....figured I would leave sleeping arrangements up to individuals accept my own and Carl's (sorry I don't share)

The zip tie thing is possible. If you're looking for bacon dipped in chocolate though DucM, you'll have to talk to Carl. I aint touching that one!

Fritzy, BoBo, and Jasper love me because I sneak them .....  Fritzy loves me the most because I also sneak him , and sometimes ..... but mostly because of the

As for my tolerance, Carl and Mel have been working with me every weekend for the last two months on being able to function after drinking more than 3/4 of a Corona Light... 

I'm not really kidding, either. 

Lucky for me, through the due diligence of these two fine upstanding members of our community, I've killed off all the weak liver cells so only the strong have survived.  This has considerably increased my tolerance and at last count, I didn't hit the floor until after much alcohol had been consumed...  I think between us we went through 3 bottles of Prosecco, polished of the bottles of Limoncello and Di Saronno, Woodford's, and a couple of Dirty Gringos.  There may have been a bottle or two of white wine in there as well...   

I ended up on the floor, BoBo (the fluffy dog) sat on my head.  Well, he tried to sit on my head, but slid off my shaved skull.  I had a 130 pound fluffy hat to keep me warm! 

Anyway, I think I'm ready for DIMBY.....  I've been practicing!   

Well, it sounds like the zero tolerance crowd will be the bizzaro of the East coast DIMBY.   

BTW..buying extra zipties tomorrow..just in case you forget yours BJ.
