Awesome...what tools should I bring?  Teresa is out diving most of the afternoon, so I have time to play.

Cheers,

This isn't like a 15 or 30 minute mod so don't worry about bringing tools at this point.  [laugh]
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

It was good meeting up w/ everyone...I have duty next wkend (Saturday), but may finish in time to meet up for the Sunday ride.  MadDuck...still loving the way your 848 looks.

Cheers,
Majdi

Why thank you.  I was thinking about the fender eliminator install. You might want to wait until your new Termis are here so that you'd only have to take the exhaust off once. Do them both at the same time that is.

BTW ---- what happened to you guys on H3 today?

Canes ran low on fuel, so I hung back with him, just in case, while we looked for a gas station...I finally met someone that burns through gas more than I do!  Unfortunately, everyone was gone by the time I got back downtown.

I'll take your advice and hold off on the fender eliminator for now.  Let me know anytime you're tinkering with someone's bike....I'm all about learning how our bikes work...beer is on me.

Thanks for leading today's ride...

He's not burning gas faster than you. I bet more on the fact that he didn't have as much gas as he thought he did at the start of the ride. Jeff was kinda checking out his tank at the top of 13 turns. Should have said something right there and we would have ducked into a gas station just past Castle Hospital. Then no drama. But what would a ride be without some drama?   [laugh]

Sorry, I didn't see your response until now....I won't be able to ride after all....I have to attend a work function/cookout tomorrow.  Hopefully I'll be able to catch up with the crew next weekend.

Got to love spending a holiday by going into work for something fundatory.
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Yes, "fundatory" events and being "voluntold" for activities have always part of the military culture. Luckily I enjoy what I do.
